Register time using the timer / stopwatch

In order to be able to report time there has to be at least one project/activity created.

The timer / stop watch provides an easy way for the user to keep track of the time spent on a specific task. It consists of a server-based stopwatch / timer and an easy registration form enabling the user for quick timesheet registration.

To use the timer: Using the timer as an easy way for the user to keep track of the time
  1. The timer can be found on the first page after logging on, to the right
  2. When starting working on a task just click 'Start timer'
  3. When finished with the task, log on to the system again and press (under the timer) 'Register time'.
  4. This brings up an popup where the project/activity is selected, time can be adjusted and comment added before saving to the timesheet
The timer can be used for task that stretches below 24 hours (maximum limit of the timer). It is not required to be logged on during the time the timer is active.
