About Us

Timeduty.com is an online marketing platform (the "Services") owned by DevFrenzy AB, a company headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden ("we," "us," "our," and "DevFrenzy").
The Services enable our Members to, among other things, to allow users to report time and expenses, and lets administrator create reports from this.


Information we collect

The Personal Information that we may collect broadly falls into the following categories:
(i) Information you provide to us: In the course of engaging with our Services, you may provide Personal Information about you and your Contacts. Personal Information is often, but not exclusively, provided to us when you sign up for and use the Services, register users and clients, consult with our customer service team, send us an email, or communicate with us in any other way.

Information shared with partners

The following external partners are Timduty.com sharing information with:
  • Google Analytics are used for internal analysis of usage patterns. The information sent to Google is anonymized.
  • Paypal is used in some cases as a payment provider. Name and email address are shared with Paypal at time of purchase.
  • Stripe is used as a payment provider. Name and email address are shared with Stripe at time of purchase.


Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We may use various technologies to collect and store information when you use our Services, and this may include using cookies and similar tracking technologies. This information is used for the following reasons:
  • To enable internal functionality in the service
  • To analyse user behaviour in order to improve the service. This is mainly performed through Google Analytics who also stores cookies.


Retention of Data

We retain Personal Information where we have an ongoing legitimate business or legal need to do so. Our retention periods will vary depending on the type of data involved, but generally, we'll refer to these criteria in order to determine retention period:
